Southwestern 社区 College District (the “College”) is committed to supporting 1972年教育修正案第九条的所有规定. 第九条禁止 歧视 based on sex in programs and activities of federally funded institutions: “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to 歧视 under any education 接受联邦财政援助的项目或活动.”
